1 - Full Masters uniform MUST be worn for all tournaments
2 - The Masters Uniform is comprised of a Masters Shirt which includes epaulets, cresting & Tournament Stars (optional) and is to be worn only with Black dress slacks for Men and black skirt/skort or dress slacks for Ladies.
DO NOT WEAR the Masters Shirt with any other colour dress slacks, skirt or skort. Slacks or skirts/skorts must be made of a dress style material. No other type of material will be permitted.
3 - A short sleeved black garment is the only apparel that is allowed under the Masters Shirt. The sleeve length must not exceed the length of the sleeve length of your Masters Bowling Shirt. The buttons of the Masters Shirt must be fastened.
4 - Stars awarded for winning a tournament should be worn on each shoulder epaulet. Once you have accumulated five or ten stars, they should be exchanged for stars that have a "5" or “10” on them, denoting that you have won five or ten tournaments. These stars should replace the single stars.
5 - The only crests permitted on the Masters Shirt are the MBA of BC Crest, MBA Instructors Crest and the MBA Coaches Crest
6 - The only lapel pins that may be attached to your Masters Shirt are:
(A) Membership Year Pin - Left Side
(B) Provincial Participation Pin - Right Side
(C) Other Pins - National Participation Pin & Year Bars - Front
7 - All other Provincial and National Pins may be worn on your MBA sweater, jacket and/or MBA black blazer with the Master Bowler of The Year Crest.
8 - Dress Code applies whenever a bowler is wearing his/her uniform whether it be for coaching, bowling etc. and must be adhered to.
9 - Each dress code infraction will be dealt with separately by the Masters Board of Directors, providing no prior permission has been granted by the Tournament Director.
DRESS CODE - National Championships
1 - The dress code listed above MUST be adhered to for opening and closing ceremonies at the MBA of Canada National Championships.
2 - For Championship play only, each team (Teaching Ladies & Men, Seniors, Tournament Ladies & Men) have the option to compete in the following uniforms:
(A) Their current MBA of BC uniforms
(B) Golf shirts and black shorts (of a specified uniform type)
(C) Golf shirts and black dress slacks, black skirts/ skorts
(D) Socks worn must be all of uniform style and colour
NOTE: Any team wishing to wear a combination which includes golf shirt and shorts, skirts/ skorts should be agreed upon by ALL Members of their respective teams.
3 - Should a team choose to wear any combination listed above at the National Championships, any additional costs will be the responsibility of each team Member or may be underwritten by an approved sponsor should one be found.
